Alta RCM Solutions is pleased to announce new leadership, naming Jacqueline Todd as President of the organization. Jacqueline has been working with Alta RCM Solutions for the last 2 years as the VP of Operations and Revenue Cycle Management.
Prior to joining Alta, Jackie has over 30 years of experience in the RCM industry, holding positions that included Vice President of Revenue Cycle, and Chief Operations officer. During her tenure with Alta, Jackie has been integral in optimizing the Alta business and increasing the focus on practice partnerships to increase the financial health of Alta’s client partners.
As a Results-driven, executive-level Revenue Cycle and Operations Leader, Jackie has focused on operational growth, maximizing opportunities, and ensuring regulatory compliance in partnerships. With a proven track record of spearheading process improvements, managing provider relations, and maintaining effective claims processing, Jackie’s role as the President of Alta enables the business to reach new heights in the coming year.
With a focus on lasting partnerships, Jackie’s passion for providing the highest level of service to Alta’s revenue cycle clientele is felt throughout the organization through her dedication, leadership, and willingness to participate in every aspect of the services Alta provides.
